How will my car be parked?
At I Love Meet and Greet, we understand how important it is to know exactly what happens to your vehicle once you hand over the keys. Our service is designed to be professional, secure, and hassle-free—from drop-off to return. Below, we answer some of the most common questions about how your car is handled, where it goes, and who’s driving it.

Other questions asked by our clients include
Are your drivers insured to drive my car?
Yes. All of our drivers are fully insured under our comprehensive motor trade policy, which covers your car while it is being driven and parked by our team.
Is the insurance comprehensive, and what are the limits?
Our insurance provides comprehensive coverage, including damage, theft, and third-party liability while your vehicle is in our care. Full policy details are available upon request.
How will I recognise the driver?
Your driver will be wearing the distinctive I Love Meet and Greet uniform, which features our highly visible and recognisable logo. This logo was designed specifically to stand out in the busy airport forecourt environment, making us one of the most easily identifiable brands in the parking industry. You'll meet your driver at the agreed terminal meeting point, and they'll also carry official ID for your peace of mind.
Are your drivers vetted and trained?
Yes. All of our drivers are carefully vetted through background checks and licence verification. They also receive training to ensure they handle all vehicles responsibly and courteously.
Where will my car be parked?
After collection, your vehicle will be driven to one of our secure off-airport compounds. These sites are manned, monitored by CCTV, and protected with gated entry to ensure your car remains safe throughout your trip.
How secure are your parking facilities?
Our parking areas are fully secured with 24-hour CCTV, staffed security, and controlled access points. We take vehicle safety extremely seriously and operate under strict internal procedures to protect your vehicle at all times.
Will my car be moved?
Yes, but only between our secure compounds. Like most airport parking operators, we use a process called “jockeying” to manage the flow of vehicles in and out of the car park efficiently. This means your car may be moved by our trained drivers to optimise space, especially during busy periods.
What happens if there’s damage to my car during the service?
In the unlikely event of damage, we have a clear and fair claims process. Each vehicle is photographed on collection and again on return, so we have accurate visual records. Any issues identified are handled promptly by our customer service team.
Will my car be inspected before the service?
Yes. Every vehicle is subject to a visual inspection when collected. Digital images are taken at both handovers to ensure transparency and to give you added confidence in the care we take with your vehicle.
