I booked "I Love Meet and Greet" online and found them to be one of the most competitively priced providers for the service they offered. On the evening I was scheduled to arrive, I was running late and had to contact customer services. I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Steve, the Manager, who was very accommodating about my delay and reassured me that there was nothing to worry about. As I approached Gatwick, I called again and was informed that "Big Mike" (I hope I have his name correct, as he was also very professional and charming) would be there when I arrived—and he was. I felt confident handing over my car to I Love Meet and Greet and left without any concerns. On my return, I followed the simple instruction of calling when I reached the baggage hall after collecting my luggage. When I got outside, my "baby" (referring to my car, not the delivery driver) was waiting for me, exactly as I had left her. I would recommend I Love Meet and Greet a hundred times over, as their service is first-class and unmatched by any I have used in the past. I will undoubtedly use them again.
